1. Nature of Services Samiksha Sunger provides online educational services, coaching, and digital mentorship. No physical products will be shipped to your address. All services and course materials are delivered digitally.
2. Delivery of Course Access Upon successful payment for a course or consultation session:
- Confirmation: You will receive an immediate payment confirmation via email and/or SMS.
- Access Details: Login credentials, meeting links (Zoom/Google Meet), or access to digital course materials will be sent to your registered email address or WhatsApp number within 24 hours of successful payment.
3. Scheduling Sessions
- For 1-on-1 mentorship or consultation calls, our team will contact you within 24 hours of payment to schedule your slot based on mutual availability.
- If you do not receive an email or call within this timeframe, please check your “Spam” or “Promotions” folder before contacting support.
4. Technical Issues It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have a working internet connection and the necessary software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) to access the services. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by issues with the user’s device or internet connection.
