2. Refund Policy
- Registration Fees: Any one-time registration or enrollment fees are non-refundable.
- Course Fees: We offer a satisfaction guarantee but no refunds.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (For 1-on-1 Sessions)
- Student Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being marked as “completed,” and no refund or reschedule will be provided.
- Instructor Cancellations: If we need to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a compensatory class at a mutually convenient time.
4. No-Show Policy If you fail to join the scheduled online session within 15 minutes of the start time without prior notice, it will be treated as a “No-Show.” The session will be counted as delivered, and no refund or backup class will be provided.
